One of Pixar’s ideas to show the public how animation works was to build a zoetrope, much like the one Studio Ghibli had made previously. However, instead of drawings, 18 different sculptures were made, and a strobe light was used as they spun around. This made each of the images freeze in space, creating the illusion of animation. I’ve been seeing characters from my all time favorite movies being shown together, but I was shocked when Toothless was left out! I mean him and Hiccup are two parts of the same whole, haha. Any-who, this is what I have been doodle-ling while listening to the Soundtrack of all four movies.
I plan on rendering it out when I get more time.
Long overdue Jarida post.

This is genius. So many great writing tips!

Why do I feel so weird reblogging this… this is the weekend dammit! Anyway, great advice.
This was a big deal once.
Look at the CG animation on hair now:
My headcanon is that is Merda straightened her hair, it would be as long as Rapunzel’s.
Hair in CG animation is just…. incredible. I’m really happy we’ve gotten this far.
