For those of you saying Rise of the Guardians ruined the characters in the books, I have something to say!
They started working on Rise of the Guardians in 2005. Yeah. That long ago.
The first Guardians of Childhood book came out in 2011.
So, if anyone knows how much work goes into animation, you’d know that they at least started animating in 2009-2010. They had the story and shit all planned out and were probably starting animation by then.
Honestly, they’re both a completely different series.
So no, the movies didn’t white-wash Tooth or weaken her.
They didn’t screw up Bunny.
They’re just different stories.
William Joyce also co-directed for a while. So, he had a huge part in the movie. He knew what he was doing.
